I came here for a trunk repair and paint as well as a JDM OEM Spoiler install and I cannot recommend In and Out collision enough. Great customer service paired with reasonable price! Upfront about time and cost as well as transparent when either factor has to change. I will be back at this location for any future work I need!

Girlfriend got paint work done here a year ago. Door didn't match very well and was very rough to the touch. Clear coat started to peel and bubble. When she took it back in they seemed shocked. They end up redoing it for free. Ok cool... but she got the car back completely covered in overspray; doors, roof, trim, windows, everything had overspray on it. Went back and they took care of it. No one talked to her or went over things with her. Gave her the keys and walked away. Like they don't even care. Where is the customer service? If I had a customer come back twice you better believe I would be taking care of them as best as I possibly could and making sure they're happy. It's like they knew they did a bad job... oh wait, they did. Still overspray in some spots, polish or wax not wiped off and on trim pieces, and they even burned through paint in one area and scratched up another. Black paint you can clearly see swirls from polishing. Blows my mind. Door looks slightly better I guess. One spot that is clearly an air bubble was dismissed as a blemish (you can see it move when you touch it). Also not sure why but the bags of snacks she had in her back seat disappeared. One star since

Got rear ended about 3 months ago. I was struggling to find someone who would be clear and honest with my estimate. Odell was amazing. Immediately he explained everything and said that if he found more that needed to be fixed he would deal with the insurance! He was so kind, quick, and reasonably priced. I hope I never get into an accident again but if I do Odell will be the first person I call hands down. He even cleaned my car for me which was above and beyond! He also has the cutest shop cat, I’ll miss seeing Carmello. Thank you Odell!
